Why oats are healthy for you? They provide a ton of different nutrients, they help you grow and help you feel good. They provide much needed things for you to live. There are of course many different ways to cook the oats, of course the main way is to boil them and eat them like that. Oats are also Gluten-free, Sometimes people are allergic to gluten so it's great that it is. Oatmeal can cause you to lose weight and keep your blood sugar low. It also reduces the risk of heart diseases. Most people prefer steel-cut oats, or rolled oats. They have Manganese, Phosphorus, Copper, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Folate, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B5. Many skin care products have oats in them. Many researchers seem to believe that Oats can also help kids with Asthma. But, it doesn't work for many kids as well. Since kids are different they may have different symptoms when it comes to Asthma. Another, thing is that they help with constipation. So if you can’t poop, eat Oatmeal. There are of course, many different types of Oats. Their is Raw Oats, which are Oats that were just harvested. Another one is Whole Oat Groats, which are basically cleaned up Raw Oats. They do not have the hulls on the bottom of the Oats, like the Raw Oats have. Another one, is Steel Cut Oats, They are Oats that were chopped up with a Steel blade. They are also referred as Irish Oats. They also have Scottish Oatmeal which, instead of the Irish Oatmeal it is grinded so it makes smaller, different pieces so it makes it more creamy. There are two different ROlled Oats. You have the Regular Rolled Oats and then the Quick Rolled oats. Regular oats are steamed so they last for a long time. They are more healthy than any other oat on the list. Quick oats are basically the same, except they have a different texture. In order to get the quick or instant oats, you have to steam them longer. They keep the same nutrients but are basically the same. Oat flour is just for making soup
