Do you ever wonder if what you think happened on 9/11 might not be true? There is some evidence that explosions were used to bring down the Twin Towers. Also, the planes that hit the towers could’ve never actually hit the towers. The government could have let it happen, or even made it happen. In this thrilling essay, I will break down the mainstream consensus of what some people think happened on 9/11, I will explain my personal beliefs on this topic too. There is evidence that the 9/11 Twin Towers were blown up by bombs. Physics teacher, David Chandler, has produced several papers and Internet videos contending that high school physics easily shows that the tower collapses could not have happened from gravity alone. He claims this proves …show more content…
Do some arguments, including the collapses of the towers, alleged evidence of thermite usage at Ground Zero, and the collapse of the World Trade Center (WTC) 7 (a forty-seven-story building damaged by the fall of WTC 1) “into its own footprint at freefall acceleration,” disprove the mainstream agreement that the September 11, 2001, attacks were the work of Al-Qaeda terrorists using hijacked airplanes? That is the question that America wants an answer to. A film, Loose Change, has basic claims that Flight 77 could not have accounted for the damage at the Pentagon, that the Twin Tower fires were insufficient to cause their collapse, and that cell phone calls from the hijacked airplanes would have been impossible at the time. David Ray Griffin is a theologian whose voluminous writings on 9/11 are frequently cited by other 9/11 theorists. NASA scientist Ryan Mackey has written a very thorough exam of Griffin’s claims. “Once known as Fleischmann and Pons’ competitor for “cold fusion” research in Utah, Steven Jones has written several 9/11 Truth articles.” His work with others (including chemist Niels Harrit of Denmark) on detecting nano thermite in WTC dust is often said as “peer-reviewed research” that proves inside job claims. In the past few years, architect, Richard Gage’s group, Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, has provided “Truthers” with the ability to claim that thousands of engineering and …show more content…
I believe the first on because of all the evidence that was given. “Physics teacher, David Chandler, has produced several papers and Internet videos contending that high school physics easily shows that the tower collapses could not have happened from gravity alone.” This quote proves that gravity alone could not have brought down the towers. “Real controlled demolitions commonly use explosives to topple large buildings. However, the trademarks of actual demolitions (the characteristic “boom-boom-boom-boom” sounds and the flashes of high explosives) were completely absent in Manhattan on the morning of September 11, 2001.” This quote shows that they used other substances to make the explosions quieter. “The other part is that WTC 7 resembles a ‘classic controlled demolition’ because it imploded, collapsing completely, and landed in its own footprint.” This quote is briefly showing that the controlled demolition was, in fact, a part of the 9/11 tower crashes. I believe the second theory because of the lack of negative theories. “Do these intricate arguments, including the rapid collapses of the towers, alleged evidence of thermite usage at Ground Zero, and the collapse of World Trade Center (WTC) 7 (a forty-seven-story building damaged by the fall of WTC 1) “into its own footprint at freefall acceleration,” disprove the mainstream consensus that the September 11, 2001, attacks were the work of al-Qaeda terrorists using
On September 11, 2001, the Islamic extremist group, al-Qaeda hijacked four american airlines. “Two of the airlines crashed into the world trade center in New York The third plane crashed into the Pentagon outside the world trade center, and the fourth plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania” (9/11 Attacks). They called it a suicide attack against United States, but there are conspiracy theories the the terrorist are still alive. That they stole

On September 11, 2001 four passenger commercial jet airliners were hijacked and as a result approximately 3,000 human lives were lost. When asked about 9/11, many can recall exactly what they were doing when they heard the news that a plane crashed into one of the World Trade Center (WTC) buildings and many Americans can tell you how it all unfolded and the reason behind such a travesty. The “official story” provided by officials, and restated by Sofia Shafquat, producer of “9/11 Mysteries: Demolitions” say that “four passenger planes were hijacked and taken radically off course, within an hour, two of the planes had flown into the enormous steel towers of the World Trade Center, creating fires and eventually toppling them” (Shafquat). Soon the American public believed that the impact of the planes and that the fires had gotten so hot from burning jet fuel, that they caused the steel frames of the buildings to give way and implode, falling to the ground into dust (Shafquat). Internal fires take on the responsibility of the official story, though others believe controlled demolition is to blame. Some evidence that debates these two explanations of how the steel towers fell are: the way the buildings collapsed, the properties of steel, and the evidence of molten metal.
The official story of 9/11 is a conspiracy theory in that the government claims 19 hijackers conspired together to hijack four planes and create terror in the world. Four American airplanes were hijacked; two were driven into the World Trade Centers and the third airplane into the Pentagon. The fourth airplane suspected target was the White House, but it was diverted by the brave men and women aboard that hijacked airplane, and crashed the airline jet before it could reach its target. It was like time stood still as America watched through television broadcast these unbelievable and horrifying events taking place. The reports told of the smell the jet fuel, burning flesh, and people jumping out windows to their death to escape the flames. When the two bravura structures tumbling down, rescuers, (police officers, firefighters, and ambulance drivers and techs) were caught in the mast and lost their lives doing their job trying to save lives.
Many conspiracy theories have been developed concerning what happened to the World Trade Centers on September 11, 2001, but there are a select few that, similar to the truth, cannot be disproved without quite a bit of effort. One theory is that the Twin Towers were destroyed by controlled demolitions. Another idea of what happened is that planes did hit the towers, but they were remote controlled. A third theory is that Al Qaeda is not responsible for the 9-11 attacks (The Top September 11 Conspiracy Theories, n.d.). And last, but certainly not least, is the theory that the 9-11 attacks were a false flag operation. When considering these theories, there are many different controversial areas that should be assessed to differentiate between fact and opinion.
On September 11, 2001 terrorists crashed two American airline airplanes into Twin Towers, killing thousands of people. It was the worst terrorist attack in American history and it showed us that we are not protected by Atlantic and Pacific. It showed us that we could be attacked by anyone at anytime. It showed us that if we will be attacked again that we can only depend on each other and not on other nations to help us. The 9/11 changed people forever, some lost family members or friends, others lost their jobs even so called “American Dream.”
September 11, 2001 is known as the worst terrorist attack in United States history. On a clear Tuesday morning, there were four planes that were hijacked and flown into multiple buildings by a terrorist group named al Qaeda. This group, led by Osama bin Laden, killed nearly 3,000 people. Out of those 3,000 people more than 400 police and 343 firefighters were killed along with 10,000 people who were treated for severe injuries. Many lives were taken, and to this day, people still suffer from the attack. September 11th is the most influential event of the early twenty-first century because it made an increase in patriotism, it caused a rise in security throughout the nation, and it had a tremendous effect of thousands of lives.
On August 9th of 2001 America suffered from a great tragedy that will never be forgotten. Four commercial jets were hijacked and two were then crashed into the twin towers. The other two were steered off course but still one managed to hit the pentagon. These suicide attacks devastated the nation into grief from all of the innocent lives that were taken away, but can this truly be a terrorist attack? With recently reading the book 1984, I’ve wondered if this event was an accident or was it staged? In the book a totalitarian government runs and controls all of the people of Oceania. It demonstrates the capability of the human species to dominate one another and to some cases even brainwashing each other. Even though this book was written before the actual year of 1984 this demonstrates the fear that people from our past had, due to all of our misbehavior. The brain is capable of many things and as history has shown before with Hitler(a dictator) and so many other leaders, we will stop at nothing to get our hands on the power of full control and dominance whether it’s by destroying evidence and creating our lies to save ourselves from trouble or by making the world believe the lies of the media and concealing the truth. Can 9/11 be an example of this?
Flight 77, and that the heat and explosion from the initial crash caused the towers structure to
On September 11, 2001, Osama Bin Ladin executed the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil. The attack killed over 2,900 people, and since then America has changed in many ways. One example is the phobia people now have against people of Middle-Eastern decent or people that practice the Islamic religion. Since people think differently of these groups, they do not treat them with the respect they give to other people. They can be denied jobs, education, housing because of their religion and/or their Middle Eastern background. Another example on how America has changed since 9/11, is the airport security has grown largely. The new change can impact many travelers, as well it spends a lot of the American government’s money.
There were numerous events and threats leading up to the terrorists attacks on the World Trade Center which left chaos amongst the streets of downtown New York City and would leave America and its families devastated and prone to change after this infamous date in our nation’s history. What happened on September 11th, 2001 was without a doubt both horrific and ill natured. Multiple terrorists hijacked several US airliners that would later be flown into the North and South towers, the Pentagon, and also an unintended area in Pennsylvania. It can be said that the United States of America was unprepared and vulnerable for these occurrences.
At 13,700 feet in the air the first initial explosion happen in the center fuel tank; the nose of the airplane sheared off, the plane started to plument toward the ocean (Jansen 4). Investigators say the initial explosion was the center fuel tank which lead to light coming from the back of the airplane which was probably mistaken to be a missile (Hosenball 1). Joseph Koll who participated in the investigation said “ It’s very clear to me that it was a center fuel explosion not a hostile act” (Jansen 4). It is very clear that theorist believe the 250 witnesses but, what the witnesses might not know is that the explosion was an optical illusion in their eyes. “In the center fuel tank there was soot and fire damage, the kinds of things you don't expect in a major explosion”(Cole 33). With these facts “Over four years of NTSB investigation they indicated that the cause was likely caused be a short circuit, which ablaze flammable fuel/ air vapors in the center fuel tank” (Smith 806).These evidences can all challenge each other, but the main point is that the FBI and NTSB can link more evidence to an explosion in the center fuel tank than a missile. After years of investigation, the NTSB officially blamed the center fuel tank as the explosion, but was still trying to figure out how it exploded (Cole 36). Most of the investigators of the FBI and NTSB are supporting the
First shock, then terror, followed by sorrow and lastly rage were my emotions on September 11th, 2001 when a hijacked airliner crashed into the Twin Towers in New York City. Tunh! Tunh! Tunh! All circuits are busy; please try again at a later time. This message kept repeating as I tried to call my cousin in New York, who was working in the South Tower. At the time the American Airlines flight 11 just moments earlier crashed into the North Tower. I sat in my house in shock and terror. Then at 9:05 am, about twenty minutes after the first collision, United Airlines flight 175 crashed into the South Tower. I began to feel the knot in my throat getting tighter and tighter until I just finally began crying. I still didn’t have any word from my cousin and when both of the buildings plummeted to the streets below, I thought for sure he was dead. When I returned home, my mother informed me that he had gotten out before the buildings went down. Turning on the television was another ordeal in itself. All of the news stations repeatedly exhibited the buildings plunging to the ground. I felt extreme sorrow for the families of those who had not made it out alive. They had to relive that horrible moment over and over again. I was also outraged. How could such an act be committed on American soil? The only way we can answer this question is to look at the terrorists who could do such an act and what possible reasons they have for doing it.
...s. It is proven false that Q33NY has anything to do with September 11th, the Twin Tower attacks, the planes involved, or the bus route used for the airport from which the planes were hijacked. It is very easy to take any bit of information and twist it and turn it into a completely different story or piece of information. Once a theory is made public, everyone jumps on the band wagon and does everything they can to make it true, even if it isn’t. If common sense and careful time is taken to actually think about the silliness of this argument, it will be very clear to most people that this is a false conspiracy theory.
