The satisfaction toward security on campus is conceptualized as the feeling, thoughts and experience regarding to the security system in the campus. Some student still cooking by themselves inside their own room at the campus and this kind of situation make the students feel unsecured. According to University of Minnesota (2015), said that campus apartment still there was a small unintentional grease fire caused by cooking. As regards its educational use, the learners feeling, thought, perception and experience toward the object are quite significant. These psychological properties create an effects as the generalization. Security guard was different with each other. Some of the security guard will be honest, serious and strict when they are on duty. At the same time, there also some of them who always take easy about their own responsibility to secured all of the campus inside the university. Some of security who did not have any experience cause trouble to the security system on the campus. They are not strict when they perform their duty especially when they allowed the students' car that did not have the sticker on it can easily drove their car without stopped by the security sometimes. Certain security did not have any experience and they will start with zero and when there is no one care to show, guide him to work, then the security guard tend to relax and done nothing. They will allowed any visitors to drive their car to the campus without asking what is the purposes of the visitors come to the campus. The system used inside the campus make the student not satisfied. Many students complain that their hand phone, android, tab, money and laptop missing inside the campus especially at College Cempaka. This kind of situation proof to us that security inside the campus still poor and the management department should create an intervention to solve this problem and to improve the level of satisfaction among students inside the campus. It was found out that cases are underreported that caused flaws in the research. However, in the study, issues such as behaviour of the student victims, to whom the cases are reported and reasons of not reporting on-campus victimization are looked into by the researchers. Due to the flaws, campus crime statistics cannot be used to evaluate the performances and competency of the campus security personnel. In the nutshell, the study concluded that the act failed to ensure the collection of valid campus crime
