The human body is a complex system that often malfunctions. Many people believe that numerous diseases are natural reflection of the body aging and cannot be avoided. The goal of my paper is to elaborate this perception and explain that maintain healthy and active lifestyle can result in healthy body.
Body organs are not all internal as is the brain or your lungs. There is an extremely important one that we wear on the outside and is the largest organ, the skin. So important that we would literally disintegrate without it. The skin acts as a waterproof, insulating barrier, guarding our bodies from nature's toughest exposures. It protects our bodies with its many antibacterial substances to keep us immune from infections, it is also a gigantic sensor full with nerves, cell layers, and glands performing together to keep the brain in touch with the exterior world. But yet, at the same instance allows our body to move freely, proving itself as an extraordinarily versatile organ in its own right.
Acne, is a skin disorder that typically starts when oil and dead skin cells clog up your pores. These clogged pores can go by many names such as; blemishes, whiteheads, pimples, blackheads or zits. Acne is mainly common among teens worldwide. It usually tends to improve through the years. Acne can run in families, noting that if one of your parents had severe acne, you will be more likely to have it also. One of the main and effective ways to control acne, is to keep your skin clean. You should also consider the use of vitamin supplements. Vitamin A is an immensely effective supplement that will help increase blood circulation and increase the amount of collagen production in the skin. In short, you should avoid any excessive unhealthy behaviors and unhealthy foods. You should also begin a vitamin regimen of vitamins A, B, and Zinc, which are crucial in the nourishment of skin and to keep it as healthy as possible.
Everyone has a body and we must take care of everything that is consisted in it. Your skin is a reflection of your overall health. It is the first thing that a person sees, and can give away your age and your lifestyle. Consider your skin as your body’s canvas and it is not just considered but is one of the most valuable assets of your body. And the skin that you have now, is the only only skin you’ll ever get, so your daily behaviors to keeping it healthy are immensely important.
