One can have all the talent in the entire world, yet they can still fail. This is because the most important factor for success is one’s teammates and how well they can work together to achieve a common goal. Everything we do in our daily lives depends on other people. All the people around us have some sort of role that helps us succeed. It may seem small, but that may be the difference between success and failure. This structure applies in our society where the community works as a team to keep order. Without this, there would be utter chaos. However, the simplest form of teamwork in our community is in our families. Each family has many different and very distinct roles. In my family, there are my parents, my twin brother and me. It may seem natural for the parents to have the most authority, but this is not always the case. We all have to be team players in order to finish tasks around the house and make sure we can all get through our busy schedules without having any conflicts or problems.
