Have you ever heard anyone in your life talk about how the world is awful? Have you ever heard people postulate how the world is unjust, cruel, negligent, or basically just talking about how all of us are predestined to fail? What was your response? Did you agree or disagree with them? The question I want to know is, have you ever asked them why? Ask them why they talk of the world so pessimistically. Anytime you ask someone that, one of two things are said. People either never really elaborate on the question and not answer it. Even sometimes they completely ignore it, or people say that the world is just “messed up”. They might go even farther and delineate it using a few different adjectives, but they usually end up meaning the same few things. They usually just mean unjust, cruel, negligent, or troubled. You should take a step back and really look at this in a different perspective. We live on this planet and this planet has people. People really frame most of how the world works don’t we? I mean we are the only ones who live here right? The world wasn’t created. It's what we as people made this world. The world reflects what we make it right? So if you’re calling the world unjust, cruel, negligent, or troubled, doesn't that evince what kind of people we are? Doesn’t that make us the reason why the world is troubled? You should really just think about it for a moment. If you take what I believe here and talk about it with someone, some would agree and some would disagree. Most people choose ignorance as a defence mechanism to stop thinking about these problems, they don’t realize that by doing that they are becoming more indifferent and they lose one of the most important traits that makes them human, compassion. Without compassion humans would become animals and the world we live in would become a jungle. As Edmund Burke warned “all that is needed for the triumph of evil, is that good men do nothing”, he warns the whole world that if they do not stand up for evil, it will win. Elie Weisle also explains “ The opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference”, meaning that if the world does not stop their ignorance, and start to show compassion to one another , they might as well say goodbye to their precious world because it’s not going to be around for very long.
If I am not open to their perspective, then I will not be able to help them move past whatever their situation may be. By recognizing that everyone has a different worldview, it will allow me to be more open and understanding towards them.
They think they are more important and that their cause or argument is the most virtuous one. They look down on others as inferior and flawed. I always feel that people around me are wrong and they need me.

It is no secret that the world is plagued by emotions such as fear and greed. These emotions break apart the bonds and relationship humans build with each other. This is a human flaw. As humans, we build societies and bonds and try to establish order through rules and morals, but many times. These societies fall because of internal factors.
Human beings show kindness from the outside but they are thinking mean thoughts from the inside. People can easily delude others when not much attention is paid towards them. Not everyone is as nice as they seem, there are many bad people out there. Today’s generation is full of people who get offended on almost anything someone does or says and starts to behave differently, hating every single thing the person does. Those texts are referable to the real world today, because small misunderstandings can lead to crimes against others. People are more likely to have grudges towards others in society, such as fights, misunderstandings, and jealousy which can make people do cruel things. People of other religion and beliefs are treated differently; betrayal is a common occurrence among humans. No matter how nice Therefore one can see that “man’s inhumanity to man” is everywhere.

In the short story “The Half-Husky” by Margaret Laurence, Harvey is a prime example of this - as a child, he was very innocent and lacked a suitable understanding of the environment he was in, but as he grew up his aunt began to complain about how much of a nuisance he was in her life (complaining about no one wanting to date her because she already had a child). Growing up knowing that you are not wanted must be extremely difficult, because your life may seem without a purpose. When a society has one of these things, or even all three, it will not be a safe or fun place to live. Citizens will start riots and some will maybe even flee. And honestly, these things are bound to happen. Ultimately, we are doomed… it’s just up to us how long that will take.
The picture painted of the world and humanity by Kurt Vonnegut in Cats' Cradle is not a positive one. It is not the utopia that so many of the novel's character's are striving for. It is a ridiculous world where truths are based on lies and the balance of good and evil is a manufactured state. If Vonnegut's attempt is to "poison minds with humanity… to encourage them to make a better world," it is only through showing the reader the follies of man, the foolishness we live with daily, that maybe we can change our outlook and make a "better world."

If people recognize that the human race as an invasive species then they can take steps to the give nature back some of it's space, they can restore the environment instead of damaging it, and they can save animals instead of killing them to extinction. Humans can be found on every landmass, water mass, and even soaring the skies. Humans are the cause of environment damaging things like acid rain and global warming. People also damage other species by killing them till extinction or causing things like oil spills that cause them to die. Why destroy the only place the human species lives on, instead people can spend their time restoring the planet and making it better, they can learn to coexist with other species instead of learning how to be the dominant and overpowering

This is just one of the infinite examples of how human nature has been explored by so many different people. Each and every human is born with the capability of making their own choices. The decisions that they will make in the future will determine how evil they are viewed by others. Although one’s nature and nurture do affect their life, it is their own free will that determines whether or not they are evil.

Human beings, ever since its creation has never been alone on the earth. As we all know we share this planet with lots of different species of living creatures, such as animals, and plants. But even though we name ourselves the superior species due to our ability to think, make decisions and choose how we want to live our lives, we start to grow. Our growth ranges among many different aspects, such as infrastructure and lifestyle. This led to us somehow neglecting the fact that we are not alone in this planet. We start pushing other species out of the way, and we sometimes don’t realize that the impact felt by those other species has terrible and sometimes deadly consequences, and also we sometimes fail to understand that it can also cause harm to us.
