Remember when you did something in public and what you felt after, would you repeat it if you would be alone? What makes us decide, needs and desires, or something else? Do we always choose what to do? Is that a decision everywhere and every time takes on its own? As the world developing day by day, quite a few people attempt to find out new beneficial approaches to people's actions' matters. Consequently, a considerable number of people firmly state that they are autonomous and act independently whereas the others determine themselves as a part of society and prefer to follow everyone else. Students do not receive sufficient information on measures to be taken in emergencies and unexpected situations. People’s actions in dangerous situations are controlled by instinct, instead of mind, in order to protect them. During a fire in Baku on 15 May 2015 15 people died, 10 of which were adults. (http://www.1news.az/society/20150520110048770.html) One of the main reasons why it happened is the absence of sufficient information about actions in such events. Education can change the way of thinking but often the culture of the place where people grow up leaves a trace on their behavior. Culture’s traditions influence people’s decisions in acting. People often make their choice based on customs. They refuse to do something, only because it is not present in their culture. Not everyone can identify the right choice. Some people can distinguish between good and evil, only with help of cultural values. Culture varies depend on the country. In decision making the country where people live affect their action’s direction. Because the different laws and cultures, assimilated by invaders, change the citizens’ thinking process, their decisions and the attitude to the same situation or issue have a lot of differences. Families do not have a chance to enhance the number of members. People do not follow just the laws they pursue the society. The powerful part of decision making in taking actions is the society. People tend to think about society and their opinion. When they are alone, they can take such kinds of actions that they would not do in crowed place. People see who and what surround them. Most of them do not want to differ from them. By focusing on passers-by’s actions, people see enough different persons in the same circumstance act in one way, people become able to observe that the most of the passers do not want to differ from society. The fear of being noticed shapes people’s behavior in public. Individuals are able to recognize the matter of their actions and to control all their reactions regardless to the circumstances. People themselves choose and plan what to do. They are independent.
