Adversities hold a status of great importance, a status which society often tends to brush off. They play a key role in forming the fundamental needs of life. They are the reason to move forward and become a more influential individual than before. These misfortunes serve valuable teachings which holds a benefit in it’s usage in the future, even with the littlest of positive support. These hardships are difficulties that can't be avoided no matter what. From emotional to mental to physical adversities, all of them hold valuable insights to learn, yet adversities are feared the most. No one wants to witness an adversity with their own eyes, but what purpose would life serve if there's nothing to learn from. The word adversity can be considered as a broad word, with many miniature topics that could go under it. One such topic could be stress, caused from brain believing of any threat in the surrounding whether it be a positive or negative element. In my perspective, my stress began when the yearning to blend in with the rest of the crowd and seem "normal" began to act on my nerves. Adversities can range from hardships involving loved ones, finances, surroundings to even within one's mental state. When speaking for myself, there were times where difficulties hit the hardest. Moments when being shoved into something unfamiliar stirred unwanted emotions within the body. Those exact same emotions which lead to stress. Naturally, with time's healing and teachings, I'll raise myself up again, only with a difference of becoming stronger than the person who I once was. Along the way of this curing, support will be given and morals will be learnt. After all, adversities are what makes one's journey to destiny only
