1. What about you? Imagine that you are on welfare. Based on what you know about welfare, what do you think your life would be like? Describe your housing, food, daily activities AND your family and friends.

If I was on welfare my life didn’t go as I planned. However I would mostly be living with my parents still and I would have cooked meals thanks to my beloved parents who buy groceries. I would feel guilty because I’m eating instead of looking for a job. Also my daily activities would be attending one class at the college, cleaning the house, reading a book, and looking for a job to earn myself money. To make sure that her children are being watched as she attends class. Also, to have recent visits to her home, to check on Jamie’s well-being and to see how well school is going for her. The progress she is making. Then to check if she has a proper transportation vehicle to take herself to the program classes. And to have a one-on-one conversation, if she wants to go through the progress of attending class and to see if she serious about the program. In order, for her to be a role model towards her children and seeing a better future for her family.
8. Describe your reaction to people who want to remain on welfare.
My reaction to people who want to remain on welfare is, striving to look for a better future not for themselves but for their families too. They want to change their life and they don’t want to wait for the opportunity to come to their feet. They want to change however they can feel embarrass and ashamed that they have reached to that point however welfare gives them another opportunity within the community to stand on their own two feet. Its okay to receive welfare because there here to help those, who lack motivation in
