Extensively, great quality animated movies have the progression of the main character showing how they finds out what is more important to them throughout the journey of theirs. A great example of a character that figures out what is the most important thing for him would be Gru. At first, he wanted to use the three girls to help him defeat Vector, however he later on starts to get closer to the girls and begins to care about them. This in result, makes him realize that the girls are the most important to him and that he loves them dearly. This shows how once the girls were part of Gru’s plan, but later on became more than that to him. When they were in danger because of Vector by an incident, he realizes how much these girls meant to him and how much he loved them. …show more content…

By this development in the movie, the story is more entertaining to watch hence making it a good movie. Furthermore, Hercules demonstrates how he found out what was truly important to him while going through his journey to find his true parents and what happened to him in the past. As the movie progresses, he finds out that he was Zeus's son and a demi-god himself, but had to restore the powers he had lost.
