My class and I finished reading The Westing Game. It was a great book, and everyone loved it. We also watched the movie, and it was very different from the book. My classmates all agreed that the book was much better. Three reasons why the book and the movie are different is the point of view, the characters, and lastly, the small details. My first reason why the movie and the book are different, is the point of view. The book is written in 3rd person, and the movie is told by Turtle’s point of view. I found Turtle’s point of view more enjoyable than 3rd person, even though I liked the book more than the movie. Next, the characters were very different. In the movie, there was 10 heirs, and in the book, there was 16.
