Researchers may argue that what humans consume in their bodies is what ultimately leads to their good health standing. It is certainly true that whatever is consumed will have a significant impact on one's metabolism. What really matters throughout this process, however, is the way humans are thinking throughout their lifelong journey. Their mindset determines the choices that they make every 24-hour day of every week. The choices are what lead humans to become obese. This essay does not imply that humans choose to become obese; however, it mainly points out that people make bad decisions all the time that lead them to becoming overweight. This can come from a lack of knowledge and understanding. This essay will cover how important knowledge is in terms of getting good results in terms of health, and how that compares to the psychological mindset of the way people think about their choices. Imagine not being told anything about the food being put in our bodies, henceforth only having to rely on experience rather than word of mouth from others to live on an adequate diet. Can individuals live on a sufficient diet without having much worded knowledge on the premises of food, nutrition, and water? Can knowledge be a setback? Also, why do people make the decisions that they make when consuming certain foods at any certain time?
Experience, choices, and nutritional knowledge are three factors that contribute to one's level of understanding in terms of eating a healthy diet. Nutritional knowledge is absolutely essential for people who work jobs and are required to know how food impacts society.
