Hakuna Matata, probably one of the most popular known clips from The Lion King, is such a wonderful phrase for kids to learn but also for adults. Of course, "no worries for the rest of your days" is practically impossible but I feel that it is trying to tell you to not make things worse or more complicated than they actually are. We all have a bad habit of making things seem so much worse than they are and getting so worked up over them and we don't stop to take a breath and think it through rationally. Other times we are just so hurt that we can't see that light at the end of the tunnel and I feel like in both situations this song is a wonderful thing to listen to because it helps you to remember to take a step back and breath.
