Holiday seasons are the most stressful time of the year! Once Halloween is around the corner, Thanksgiving is not too far away, and as soon as you know, Christmas and New Year’s is here! When it is time for Halloween, Thanksgiving is being promoted in many different stores and Christmas songs have been playing all throughout the radios. There are times where I would wonder what happened to a specific holiday because stores tend to skip specific holidays to make more profit from consumers. Many people tend to worry about preparing for family dinners, having all the presents ready for Christmas day, and finishing all of their shopping before it is too late. Since there is a lot for us to accomplish, a lot of us tend to pack everything in our schedules to finish what we have not gotten to start. Instead of starting your new year’s resolution in 2016, you can start as early as the end of 2015. Yoga can improve mental and emotional health, which comes in handy during holiday seasons. Yoga allows your mind to refresh when you are practicing and it places all of your worries aside in the meantime. After you finish practicing, you may notice that you are refreshed to continue your busy schedule.
