First, 100 mL of regular deionized water was measured using a 100 mL graduated cylinder. This water was then poured into the styrofoam cup that will be used to gather the hot water later. I was very surprised to see that the state regulations had specific ideas about the temperatures within the residents rooms. These regulations state that the rooms be no colder than 68 degrees and that the rooms have the ability to be heated to at least 80 degrees.

When this happens, their adrenal glands release a hormone that causes pain to diminish causing some to vaguely remember their accident (Living With Burn Trauma). Many times because a victim begins to breathe rapidly, they can experience respiratory complications from the burns often resulting in respiratory failure (“First Aid and Emergencies”).

Instead of having 3 LED’s as the visual output, and alternative would be to use a seven segment display to show a number telling you when a certain temperature is reached. The advantage of this is you can have more than 3 indicators, so you could have different numbers show depending on what age the person having a bath is. For example you would wait for a lower number to show if it’s a baby. The disadvantage of using a seven segment display as the visual output is it isn’t simple enough, when you have a bath you don’t need it at an exact temperature so just having 3 LED’s that light up when the temperature is in that range is enough to tell you if it too hot or too cold.

In, reality, tap and bottled water are not much different despite the significantly contrasting prices. This demonstrates that tap water is not as bad as people think of it to be, it is similar to bottled water, and that it goes through many safety precautions making sure it is safe. Furthermore, bottled water in the eyes of many is sought out be the safest and best water to drink. That is not necessarily true because of the many similarities tap and bottled water share. One is not better than the other and everyone must know the truth. Bottled water goes through many similar processes as tap water. This is because air and water are used in every person’s daily life, and if these are contaminated, the health of these persons can be compromised. In addition, the agency tested the water to see if it had any abnormal microbial levels. In the area there were no disinfectants or pollutants compromising the water.
