Another important part in the novel, is the part when Pap (Huck`s father) kidnaps him and locks him in a cabin, in addition to Pap attempts to get his hand on Huck`s six thousand Dollars and the fact that Huck has to get his father money in every possible way to avoid beatings. The fact that Huck does not break down and keeps on his special humorist and wise spirit is extremely surprising considers, again, in his young age. Huck`s father Pap, symbols for him the model that he does not want to be like. Huck is not completely aware to this fact during the story, but everything he becomes at the continuation of the novel stand against all the values that Pap represents. Huck`s kidnap by Pap, eventually ends when Huck has to fake his own death and run away from his father in order to be free from him.
