Superhero Film: The Evolution Of Spiderman Film

Both superhero films, Spiderman and Superman have evolved in many ways. I will however elaborate more on the evolution of the Spiderman films. Spiderman has had many changes to his costumes. The traditional costume that has been used a lot is made from lycra and spandex. The suit had blue and red on it although most of the suit was covered up with blue. In Spiderman 3, there was also a black suit. The mask was another component that was attached to the suit. There is no major change between the characters Toby McGuire and Andrew Garfield, however Toby is a typical nerd with those thick glasses, on the other hand Andrew does not really look as if his the nerd he just looks like an outsider that has his own traits and hobbies, he has his own thing going on. The villains have evolved. In Spiderman 2002 the Green Goblin looks like a toy he does not look at all realistic. All he does is fly around on a surfboad thing and throws bombs, he does not really give off a scary impression. The Lizard however looks very realistic except for its freakishly large body because that is unrealistic. It is scary as it is a large lizard that is attacking you. Mary Jane is the typical damsel in distress. She is the girl that Peter wishes he had and the girl that constantly needs to be saved by the hero. Mary Jane is absolutely helpless. On the other hand there is Gwen Stacy, a dedicated girl who is not interested in the guy with the muscles however she is interested in the boy who was able to stand up to the schools bully. She is a girl who looks as if she is certain about where she wants to be in the future. Gwen knows about Peters secret which shows the trust they share between one another. Mary Jane only finds out
