Hello, I’m here to help you see the error in your ways. It has come to my attention that you think that having student loans is a good thing. Well, I’m happy to let you know that it is not a good thing. Student loans aren’t there to help you; despite what they say these loans will hurt you worse than anything in your adult life. First I will give you some facts on this subject. Next I will give you some examples of why it’s a terrible thing. Then, I will try to see it from your point of view. Finally, I will wrap it all up for you and hopefully you change your way of thinking on this subject. First to understand what a student loan is you have to know what a loan is. A loan is a sum of money that is expected to be paid off with interest. This means that a student loan is a student borrowing a sum of money that he/she has to pay back with interest. The amount of debt in student loans a student has after getting out of college is over $27,000. They didn’t have to worry about it in college but after 6 months out of college you have to start your monthly pay. Sally has just gotten out of high school she wants to go to college but doesn’t know how she going to pay for it. As she’s stressing about paying she remembers a letter that came in the mail saying they would pay for her college and she could get money at the end of the month to. She was offered a student loan it sounded nice and extremely helpful so she got the loan. She goes to school gets her degrees, she gets a job. Then 6 months after her graduation she gets a bill in the mail for $300 dollars a month to pay off her student loans. She didn’t know that she would have t pay them back so she tries to pay off the enormous debt that she has but goes
