Single Room Proposal

Good afternoon Leisel. I'm requesting a room change to a single room because I have had problems with roommates since my very first semester. I know you know this because you have dealt with my last room change request. My first semester, I had several problems with my first roommate Liza and that went into my second semester until I was switched to the room next to her, making me her suite mate. I obviously had no problem with that because I chose to do that; both Luana and I felt it would be great to be roommates because we both have dealt with roommates we did not see eye-to-eye with. I registered for classes the day registration opened and got a low number meaning I had a chance of getting a single room. However, I didn't get one and I had a mental breakdown, crying and shaking. I had to go to counseling for a while, maybe a week. Eventually I compromised for having a suite with people who were all music majors. I figured that if I couldn't have a single room, the next best thing would be to room with people who share a common goal. So I roomed with Mariel Williams (roommate), and Amanda Lund and Oriana Urdaneta (suite mates). I let everyone know from the beginning that I was going to try out this environment but that if it wasn't working for me on a personal level, I was going to request a single room, and they all understood and knew that it had nothing to do with them. I've just had traumatic events throughout my whole life which has lead me to want to be alone. However, I did try because I wanted to have the college experience of having roommates. It just hasn't worked in my favor. This semester started off okay because I had the room to myself, being that I was here early for O-Team.
