The samurai (bushi), were powerful military caste in Feudal Japan, who were highly developed in Japan. Samurais first arose in Japan as early as the 8th century. The Samurai were noble fighters that fought the evil with frightening swords and armour.

In Feudal Japan, a daimyo was a feudal lord from the 12th century. The daimyos owned large amounts of land and vassals of the shogun. Daimyos were the most powerful feudal rulers from the 10th century to the middle 19th century in Japan.

The samurai class ruled Japan from 1603 to 1867. This period was called the Edo Period.

The samurais used bows and arrows, spears and guns, swords, katana and the wakizashi. The katana is said to be the best samurai weapon for fighting.
