Ultimate Frisbee is a sport that is played by many people. In fact, it is a professional sport. It is a fairly simple sport, and does not require too much equipment. All it requires is two teams and a Frisbee disc. There are also optional accessories, such as gloves with grip, shoes that are light and allow fast running, and warm clothes. Spandex is a product that always works well for clothes because it is small, light weight, and warm for cold days. When Frisbee was first played, Wham-O Master discs were used. Now-a-days, the professionals usually use a Discraft UltraStar 175g. Over time, there have been more and more rules added to the game. The game is unlike most sport, though, because you can't run with the moving object, which is a Frisbee (in most sports it is a ball.) This is probably the most important rule. Other rules include: the throw off, turnover, scoring, and the timer. The throw off is a lot like the kick off in football. The two teams each stand behind a line, and one of the two teams throws it to the other team. The Frisbee is thrown back and forth between players on the same team, until either the Frisbee is scored or there is a turnover. A turnover is simply the Frisbee being given to the opposing team. This happens if and when the Frisbee touches the ground. Do you want to know what the most entertaining soccer game is? It’s Rocket League. Rocket league is a soccer video game where turbo cars kick a metal soccer ball bigger than the cars themselves. It has the same rules as footsal which is indoor soccer. There is no out of bounds so players can kick the ball wherever they want. They can even hit it midair. Rocket League is entertaining because cars can drive on the walls, crash into other cars and send them flying, and when someone scores the ball explodes.

A team of players usually ranges from ten to forty players depending on how many people join the squad. The field consists of nine players on defense, as well as one batter at the plate playing offense. The original team set up was when the Indians played over expanses of 500 yard up to a mile. Then William George Beers created a club called the Montreal Lacrosse Club in eighteen fifty-six. Then about a decade later William George Beers produced a whole set of rules that included reducing the number of players to ten adding hitting penalties while also introducing a rubber ball and a new innovative plastic design for the lacrosse stick.

You also need cleats or tennis shoes so you will be able to have a grip on the grass, turf, or court. You also need athletic type clothes on so you can be loose and ready to move around.
