When a woman is pregnant and planning to breastfeed, she must take, not only her needs into consideration, but also the baby's needs. Pregnancy is a beautiful and wonderful time in a woman's life. However, she has to do what is best for the baby and what is best for her. She must remember that she has another human inside of her body that she must provide for. I take this topic seriously because I am pregnant and also planning to breastfeed. I understand how it feels and I do everything I can to make sure my baby and me are in the best health we can be. Also, make sure you avoid dental x-rays during pregnancy. Medicines during pregnancy should also be monitored. Just because you are pregnant, does not mean you can not get sick. Most doctors will know what to prescribe and just how much you need so that it is safe for you and the baby. Generally, during pregnancy, you should not take over the counter medicines unless your doctor or midwife says it is okay.
