Recommended: Role of a point guard in team basketball

This Sunday, I have my first basketball tournament of the year. It is in Waverly. I am kind of nervous because, it is the first of the year. I think we will do good if we keep the turnovers to a minimum. I will probably be on the bench to start. I am a backup point guard. That means, I take the ball up the court. The point guard is the captain of the court. If you want to be a point guard, you need to be aggressive. You need to have good ball control and you can’t panic to easily. Point guards need to realize that turnovers happen. The easiest thing to being a point guard, is the part where you have to be relied on to win games.
