Recommended: The role of music in your life essay

A boy who has his fun in music, and wants to pursue it. Being a teen about what evs most of the time, wasn’t really excited for high school.His high school was not funding the band, so the music and instruments are very old and damaged. That is the equivalent of having a bad sports team, like someone else’s interest. His band teacher is trying to ask the district to fund band for the students, but he doesn’t see any changes even one year later and now it is his Sophomore year. He had vowed himself to stay in band in his school life, that includes college. But the question to him is “Why am I just in band?”, he should do more than just be a member of band. He met many coaches and befriended all of them, they all gave him wisdom a.k.a. advice. The one piece of advice that stuck out to him was that he was young and can learn so many things throughout his year if he kept going on the right path and keeps trying. Even when the people around him don’t agree, he just remembers the motivational speakers saying to follow your dream. Sounds a little cliche uh. It was clear that music is the only thing he is good at, and wants to have music in his future. His mindset was to be one of the best known drummers, like the best of the best. Again, sounds a little cliche. The season had come for auditioning for a team again, he tried out his favorite team and was satisfied in how he did in the auditions. Being there with so much confidence, he was ready to try, to sweat, and even bleed. He made it, his favorite team, his dream come true. But he become so busy and overwhelmed by everything he was doing, plus his schoolwork too. The workload did lower his grades a bit, but colleges don’t just look grades right? I heard they want to know your personality, who you really are and what you want to pursue .Even how much work he has, he’ll always stay up to finish everything and have the time to
