One day I was doing a tongue and a quarter contest with my brother Dillon than “Gunk” I swallowed the quarter and Nellbell flipped over the couch freaking out and Uncle Bubba called 911 and Dillon freaked out too. I couldn't breath because the quarter was in my throat. I was little then so my thought was small. My face turned purple and then when the ambulance came, they put me in and while I was in the ambulance the quarter went down my throat. When I was in the ambulance I took a look around. Then we arrived at the hospital. The ambulance people grabbed the ambulance chair and took me to the X-ray room. When I was at the hospital My brother Dillon was worried about me. The X-ray room was big. They had to stand up against another surface

In grade 2 on the weekend I went to my friends house for a sleepover and we started playing with his little brother. We played a few games and nothing went wrong. Then we played a game where we were running away from his brother and he had to catch us. So we ran upstairs and into his room. We covered the door so he couldn’t get in, but eventually we let him in and he couldn’t get my friend so he went for me. When he finally got me he grabbed my legs and I fell and my head hit the corner of his bed and I was bleeding and screaming like crazy. So I ran down the stairs screaming my bloody head off. So hi mom drove me to the hospital and gave me ice: for my head. When we got the the hospital I was so scared I wasn’t even
As I stood next to the goat pen, I noticed my dad in his grey pickup sped into our driveway. His vehicle being followed by several others with flashing lights, although the last vehicle scared me the most. It was an ambulance. I remember being so scared I couldn't move at all, I was speechless. When I
The date was October 31, 2002. The time was two in the afternoon. The little children across the street walked outside their house to carve a massive pumpkin. The pumpkin had a thick brown stem and a bright orange color, which glimmered in the afternoon sun. Something was really strange about the pumpkin, but I could not put my finger on exactly what was different. The children, who were abundantly excited to go trick-or-treating in a few hours, started carving the round pumpkin.
IT's hard to be a peasant during this Plague! Everybody is dying off, my friends and the older people, even innocent infants. It stinks of death everywhere I go, and we can leave or our lord will kill us. My mom is sick and no one likes her because they think she has he Plague It could be me next, who knows.
When I was little, me and my family were sitting in the living room and watching T.V. and the next thing we hear is the doorbell. When my mom opened the door our family friend Mary, told my mom that she had dropped her keys in the dumpster and needed me and my
“EWWWWWWWW!”, I recall this exact disgusted reaction from my sister as I showed her one of my videos of the Dragon’s Mouth mudpot in Yellowstone National Park. “Who would want to see that ugly thing brother?”, blurted my brother Mateo in an obvious state of sarcasm and annoyance. This was a typical reaction for a 8 year old with the attention span of an adult watching Disney’s Frozen for the 15th time to satisfy their moody princess-dressing girl.
I remember spitting my gum out right before I walked into the humid classroom for seventh grade drama night. I tasted the residue of mint and the fresh blood from where I had just bit my cheek from nervousness. When the classroom was ready for the next group, we were called into the room to get in our opening spots for our skit. It was noisy, there were parents, siblings, grandparents, anyone and everyone I could think of seemed to be sitting there. Their voices quieted down when we took our places.
First off, we would like to say thank you to everyone who was able to help out during the time my mom was recovering from her concussion. She was a B+ patient haha I now know where I get my stubborness from, but she is back to her self whihc is great to see. For those that messaged me about helping during that time and I never responded I am really sorry. My brain fog lately has been an issue and with all the messages I got super overwhelmed and forgot who I did and didn’t speak with and who said they could and couldnt help. So for all of those who I forgot to respond I am really sorry.
One time my mom sent me and my little sister Kimora in Walmart to get get bread, milk and chips. Kimora was I still is currently is 1. We went into the store filled with customers, I put Kimora inside the shopping cart so I would’nt have to worry about falling her around or running away. As we went into the milk section I was a man with a bright yellow shirt on he was about 6 feet very tall.
What is weird of unique foods have you tried? I've tried many different thing but one of the weirdest thing I've tried is cow tongue. It may be gross but it was actually really good, I recommend it. One night my dad was cooking dinner, and I was interested in what he was cooking, them I saw it, the cow tongue.
I went to my grandpa’s ranch and we were having so much fun, because we were playing with the bunnies. All of a sudden I see a snake trying to approach the cages were the bunnies were. I quickly told my grandpa and he told me, “Don’t be scared and go get it yourself, but make sure you don’t place your hand near the mouth.” I was super scared but I needed to save the bunnies, so I went to the cage and got the snake. I was scared to do it, but I overcame my fear.
i was walking when i felt a sharp pain going up my foot. My mom was so scared and would constantly say “Back surgery at only two years old, really?”. My parents were terrified for Kadie. They arrived the day before surgery and got specific orders not to let Kadie eat at all the night before. My parents decided to let kadie have a little fun before this major surgery, and took her to a small playground in the hospital. While they were there, a little girl gave Kadie a bag full of Cheetos. My parents didn’t see the bag of Cheetos until it was too late. Kadie smiled and had a bright orange Cheetos stain around her mouth. The doctors then had to reschedule the surgery to the next day. The bag of Cheetos is now framed, and hanging in the living
A family friend, Rose Widmer, came over as my mom and dad were getting ready to leave. She would be staying with us because it looked like they would not be coming home that night. As Kelly and I were eating our supper, my mom came into the kitchen and sat down beside me. She explained to us that our dad was very sick, and that he was having trouble with his brain. She used the term "brain abscess." She said that this is what the doctors speculated was wrong with him, but they needed to go to Fort Wayne to take precautions.
