Have you ever gotten lost in a busy place? Did you feel like the whole world was out to get you? When I was six, and my brother, Eric, was seven, we got lost in Gatwick Airport in England. We had just gotten off the plane and we were heading for baggage claim.
“Keep an eye on Victoria,” said my mom to Eric. According to my mom we were always up to no good and I don’t blame her for thinking that. It was four-thirty in the afternoon and the many smells from the airport made my stomach grumble. I was so hungry I could eat a horse. My mom promised me to get food after she bought some souvenirs and got our luggage. The walk to the store was the longest trip ever.
