Personal Narrative: My Trip To Disney World

I woke up in my hotel room at Disney World, The Art of Animation Resort, eyes weak fighting myself to keep them open. I looked at the screen of my phone, the bright screen stung my eyes as if they had just been set ablaze. My parents had gone to the lobby to get breakfast and my sister was silently watching t.v. We had only three days left of the trip and I felt ecstatic because it was our first day going into the park. The thought of going to Disney World made me feel as though life was perfect and nothing would change that. I leaped out of bed into the shower, I wanted to get ready so we could leave sooner than expected. “Start getting ready!” I called to my young, stubborn sister. The sweet aroma of candies, cakes, pretzels, and cotton candy more found my nose. I felt dizzy from watching the roller coasters go around and around. The screaming of people as they flew down from what must have felt like the top of the world made me excited and a part of me feel nervous. Just then, I could feel my dad tugging on me as we walked to the metal detectors. Walking up to the Magic Kingdom felt like winning the lottery and never having to worry about anything again. It was the best day of my life so far and we still had a few hours left of the day. We had gone on so many rides, made the best memories, and met wonderful people. Just as we were walking to dinner I had saw an object on the ground. I had no clue what it was due to its unfamiliar rectangle shape and multi-colored patterns. I slowly made my way over to the unknown object and realized what it was, a souvenir penny book. I picked it up, examining it, looking to see if there was damage. It looked almost as though it was just lost. No scratches, cuts, or tears. I opened up the book and it was completely bare. Why would someone buy one of these and not put anything in it, I thought to myself. Just then, a little boy, who must have been seven or eight, came dashing
