Personal Experience: My Experience To Playing Baseball

As I stepped in the batting box and watched as the pitcher got ready to throw the ball I took a deep breathe as I thought if I would hit the ball. The ball is thrown and coming to me and as I swing my bat and watched the ball coming and closer and closer to the bat I heard a sound from the bat as I hit the ball. I went to a blank space in my head as I saw myself with my personal dream, seeing myself in the future continuing playing baseball showing off one of my talents I have found in myself . That moment and the feeling of discovering my talent and accomplishment arrived in a big rush from all my other teammates on the team cheering.

I couldn’t believe my ears and sound of cheering from my whole baseball team while the opponent was in total disarray of shock. As I watched myself in the replay in my mind of hitting the ball I saw in myself that I said to myself “ Swing with confidence and you would hit the ball” As I kept this quote in my head and adapted it for, I can use it without playing baseball for keeping my head focused in school or anytime of situation I would need to use it when I have a high amount of pressure from it, without giving up my confidence.

The impact of music influence or motivates me by making me feel relaxed and I can distract myself from the world.
