Never in the sport of boxing has there ever been a photograph as powerful and amazing as Neil Leifer’s photo of Muhammad Ali standing over Sonny Liston. Not only is it one of the greatest boxing photographs of all time, but in all sports. Neil Leifer’s photography shows the strength and power of Ali after he just knocked out Sonny Liston in the WBA/WBC Heavyweight Championship rematch. The photograph could not have been taken any better by Neil Leifer. Leifer would have never been in that spot and had that angle if his boss Herb Scharfman did not make Leifer sit on the other side of the ring. His boss Herb Scharfman was on the other side of the ring and in Leifer’s picture he is in between Muhammad Ali’s legs. Also the in the photo Leifer
