"La La Land" is a great film that combines the aspects of plot, believability, theme, and touch with the world in a masterful web, thanks to its witty director Damien Chazelle. The way the acting was done in the movie, one can easily be pleased with the movie by just having the plot acted out, without any music. The movie is an inspiring one for young people especially, who may be struggling to get their careers off to a running start. It inspires them to pursue their dreams in life, even if it means giving up loving someone. While this may seem harsh on some, it is something that is necessary in today's world for a successful career. The story in the film "La La Land" was compelling in that it touched upon the common human experience in life of failing multiple times at something before succeeding in making it a dream come true. Ryan Gosling starred as Sebastian, while Emma Stone starred as Mia. Sebastian was trying to get his own jazz club established, while Mia was aspiring to settle down in life as an actress. This story was believable, because it is natural for humans in their early adult years to struggle before getting into a good position jobwise and financially. …show more content…
