About The one & only Karla gomez Karla Gomez is the person i interviewed, she is twenty three years old. She is short, beautiful, and has amazing eyes. Karla is so responsible she is able to manage two different type of jobs and still makes time for school to focus on her education. Karla was born in Tlaltenango, Zacatecas Mexico on October 14, 1994. She grew up from birth to six years old in mexico. Then six to present in Paso Robles, California. When I asked her what was it like growing up she said “it was easy at first but then she had to learn a whole new language and having to adjust to a whole new lifestyle.” On what Karla remembers there was a lot of arguing between both parents and it eventually became even harder once they …show more content…

At first she thought life was going to be easy, but while getting older she found out it was harder than expected. For Karla, school was fun since it distracted her with any home issues. She was a quiet student that liked to sit in the back of the classroom but still finished her classwork. “I think my classmates remember me as the quiet one” karla said to me. The best memory of highschool and college was being the first generation graduate. The worst memory of highschool and college was all the school work and late nights to complete it all. One teacher that had a strong influence on her life was her second and third grade teacher because she was her biggest helper; in trying to learn a second language. Since Karla is the oldest; she wanted to set a good example for her siblings. College provided her with a opportunity to pursue a career. Her experience in college was not what karla expected, but in a way it di.
