According to a Article I read, the B767-300ER it requires a CAT 8 or FAA D for Fire Fighting and Rescue Services. The FAA may set out ideas for there Fire Fighting services but it depends on how bad the accident is. How much oil it has leaked etc. All they can do is recommend a type of plan that worked out before.

The quantity of agent necessary to control or cover the fire area.
The rate of application of the agents to control the fire in the most effective time period. Our Fire Rescue services will be close toward the parking garage, so it is easier for the employees to have there own fire area. Our vehicles that we would be using the Striker series of fire trucks. The truck would help get to point A and B safely while holding enough materials to get through the fire. Also this will help when making the 3 minute response time at my airport. I support funding for these services because of a plane crash I was in, they responded in time and saved us. It is important to find this money to help fund our airport in everyday operations. Our airport would use landing fees, electric, gates, tax on tickets to pay the airports fees. If we cannot get enough money out of that we will ask for grants from sponsors and the state. This a high quality airport and it is important to get these fees covered.
The EPA and our Airport are going to work diligently together, it is important to not just work with them but to listen and act on what they say. Im very high on the EPA and find it difficult to see what is happening to our environment, my goal is to make our airport as green as
