Ambition can make an average person go crazy, especially when he has the chance to control everything. In Macbeth it is exactly that, he sees his chance for the crown, and he lets nothing get in his way of it. In Macbeth by William Shakespeare, he tells about the life of a military leader who goes insane when he has the opportunity to rule the kingdom. Macbeth first appears during a recent victory talking to king duncan, and Duncan is seen praising Macbeth for slaying a traitor. A few moments later while Macbeth and Banquo are riding, three witches appear and tell of their prophecy. Though Macbeth may be a tyrant, he is very naïve, gullible, and vulnerable.
