World War I was a battle that forever changed society. This battle was said to be one of the worst in history. It was centralized in Europe and lasted for about four years. Initially, the U.S. did not want to get involved in this war but the Germans performed submarine attacks on the U.S. After this attack, President Woodrow Wilson demanded war.
