Thousands and millions of people worked effortlessly, lifting heavy object, making fabric on looms, farming everyday for their whole lives, but they still got through their daily lives. Nowadays we have equipment to help us with these difficult jobs instead of having to do everything by hand, allowing the jobs to become unchallenging over the last decades. This is otherwise known as the modern revolution. In present day, we are living through the most unique revolution of our time, allowing things to reach a new complexity to make the task easier or allowing it to run more effortlessly, but was this change a good thing? The modern revolution has be a tremendous help to shape society into how it is today. Back in the 1700’s, the life expectancy was around 27 years at birth. In 2100, it is expected that the average person will be able to live until 81. Just looking at these two pieces of information shows us that there was a great improvement of life expectancy. Democracy is a system of government by the whole population or elected members of the state. Democracy allows citizens to have more input in what their leader/president decides to do and it's a more fair system of government. This government system had been rising since 1989. Back then around 50 countries now democracies. In the 2000’s around 100 countries are democracies. Democracies doubled in around the time span of 11 years. Even now 50 percent of sovereign states are democracies. The only cons about democracies are that the leader is only active for a short amount of time and it relies on educated and informed public, but democracies are a lot more fair than dictatorship in the long run and allows the country to be formed under many different
