Astrology has the affected the human race in many more ways than first thought of. The use of astrology throughout history has given rise to many cultures and the provided the base for many civilizations. In addition the large stars making up most of the worshipped constellations have provided light, and much needed elements to support vast structures such as planets and stars within space. Astrology has made countless appearances in the thresholds of Big History and giving benefits in each one.The study of astrology has also affected many fields of science such as astronomy and biology. Without the mapping and worship of the stars much of our understanding of the world outside Earth would be limited.

Each sign corresponds to an individual’s birthday and gives them spiritual advice based on it. Many cultures have used this topic to create religion and happiness for themselves.

Throughout human history astrology has been found the Mesopotamian era dating back to 2000 BCE. Much like Mesopotamia, cultures like “Egypt and Greece began the study of the influences of the planets and other celestial phenomena on human lives and founded on the strong religions belief on mankind”(R.C.A.). Astrology provided a base for modern religions and provided citizens of agrarian cultures happiness. Happiness was much needed in ancient times as disease and war was very common, but The Warwick economists have noted: "Happier workers, our research found, were 12% more productive”(theguardian). Higher production rates increased trade and the growth of collective learning, benefitting humans in the long run. The first and most obvious is the Big Bang. Everything is bound to the first threshold as the matter created benefitted the entire universe.. Next, the creation of stars with the fundamental rule of gravity have created the light we need to exist. The stars and their immense gravitational pull create large constellations. The large constellations have been used throughout history. Next, the development of human interconnectedness changed the many ideas of how we view the heavens. More people began sharing their ideas of the their cultures and more ideas were exchanged. This created multiple versions of astrology ranging from hellenistic views to the eastern Asian views. Founding many religions, astrology became prominent within the acceleration of the world. Astrology became a way to explain events or drastic events in a civilization. For example, the night of mourning of Julius Caesar’s death a “comet was seen to pass across the Roman sky, and this comet was of course taken as a sign from the heavens” (Wray). Comets were seen as sign of bad omen, but today we wish upon it for its beauty and gracefulness in the night sky As the world became more advanced, religions became a key component in everyday life.
