My name is Mylette Charles I currently work at PATH ( People Assisting the Homeless) located in Los Angeles, California. The goal of this agency is to end homelessness for the community. We provide job assistance, counseling, substance abuse treatment and other services such as providing temporary and permanent housing for those in need. My job would be to first find an available spot open for her in our agencies housing. The goal is to get her into temporary housing and if not spots are available I will call around to local shelters to make sure she has a place to stay. To reach the final goal she will be in a program that teaches her about the options on how to get enrolled and how to pay for college. One last action to take would be in the community. Chloe often mentions about the other thousands of transgenders so the goal would be to try and get more of them involved and reaching out. So the plan would be to have a open support group with those I n similar
