Hades
Hades is the god of the underworld in the greek mythology. He was a son of Cronus and Rhea. He had three sisters, Hestia, Demeter, and Hera, as well as two brothers, Zeus, the youngest of the three, and Poseidon. They were all trapped inside of their dad right after they were born.
Hades was the king of the underworld, when his brothers and him got let out of their dad's stomach they all got assigned a part of the world and Hades got unlucky. He is also called the king of wealth because the precious metals that are mined from the earth. Although Hades is the ruler of the underworld, he never really leaves but when he does he has a helmet that makes him invisable. Hades also carries around a two pronged spear. Hades was really lonely down there so he wanted a wife. He ended up kidnapping persephone and taking her back to the underworld with him, he had to kidnap her because he knew that she wouldn't want to come on her own (Aaron Atsma). It is said to be that she hated him at first but after a while she came to love him.
Hades roman name is pluto. Some of his symbols are the Cerberus, cornucopia, sceptre, and the Cypress. His siblings are is the son of Cronus and Rhea. His brothers are Zeus, the leader of the Olympians, and Poseidon, the god of the sea. His sisters are Hera, Zeus's wife and goddess of marriage and family, Demeter, goddess of agriculture, and Hestia, the goddess of home and family
In conclusion, Hades was a very powerful god who many believed was evil but really wasn't! He got unlucky and got to be the ruler of the underworld. Although Hades was in the underworld, he still had feeling which explains why he wanted a wife, he was lonely and wanted someone to spend time
