The owner of local produce and flower market is asking for the communities help to indentify the person who broke in, stole food and vandalized his store. Security footage captured it all. A woman breaking into Turks Produce and flower Market in Horseheads and helping herself to some cheese and pepperoni and taking a bag of groceries to go. "I couldn't believe a grown adult woman would do something like that," explains Store Clerk Jolieanne Halstead. It happened around 12:34 Thursday morning and security footage shows the woman wondered throughout the store for roughly 30 minutes.
