Career and college research paper Finding out what i want to do in life has been a really difficult thing to think about, but something i've always wanted to do when I was younger was to be a psychiatric aided. Psychiatric aides care for patients that have mental illnesses or just issues in general, they help them with their daily activities, and they feed and clean them too make sure they are having a healthy living. I think being a psychiatric aide will be a very interesting job to do, i feel like i will learn new things on the way also, i just really want to help people and i feel this is the best place to help people at. It is important to understand the education and all the training requirements, skills or talents needed also the salary benefits offered, and the duties for a particular care when making this decisions. Looking at the many places I could work, Red Rock Behavioral Health service would be the best for me in my opinion. They work with kids and that's something i'm very interested in doing, either that or i would like to work higher up on the chain of danger. I would like to work full time even tho the job only calls for part time workers. Another thing is i would want to work in a secluded area, just not somewhere where there's a lot of people or ect. If a person is going into this job they're going to have to be kind, calm,understanding and patient person but there's more too it like being observant their going too have to pay attention so nothing bad happens, also organized so that nothing ends up missing that could be important for the job. Some life experiences that would be useful in this career would be like maybe they have a past with someone with a mental illness that they have helped out with, or maybe they have nothing no experience then I think maybe they should volunteer at a mental
