INTRODUCTION: The incident occurred on 02/16/18, at approximately 2000 hours. Victim Donnie Gray DOB 06/05/60 and suspect Marlene Castro DOB 08/02/84 were in a verbal altercation that turned physical when Castro punched Gray several times with fist, making contact with his face. On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. On 2/8/18 at approximately 1845 hrs a fight was called over the radio, Sgt Barrett, Kyle responded. When Sgt Barrett arrived at D Bldg, Sgt Barrett saw I/M Hills, William (GDC 524378 W/M STG: Aryan Brotherhood) outside next to the D1 window bleeding from his head. Sgt Barrett then went to D1 cell 24 to check on I/M Swann, Stacy (GDC 820663 W/M No STG) was his room extremely agitated. While Sgt Barrett was talking to I/M Swann Sgt Barrett noticed that there were lacerations to his head, blood on the floor and on his hands. Sgt Barrett then instructed I/M Swann to come to the door to be handcuffed, I/M Swann complied. No force was used. I/M Hills was escorted by Sgt James from D yard to Medical for evaluation. After I/M Hills left the yard Sgt Barrett then escorted I/M Swann from D Bldg to Medical for evaluation.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: I believe Mary is status post right hip closed reduction percutaneous pinning on the 25th, I believe by Todd Reilly, MD, so she is essentially three weeks out. She presents with ambulance service, although no one from the nursing facility where she is at is with her despite previous instructions. I really have no history on her at all, as she demented and cannot communicate. Apparently, though, she is minimal to no ambulation. She was in a wheel chair when they picked her up so I do not know if she is even walking at all. She does not seem to be in any acute pain or complain of any acute pain.

[list] We started our patrol from 54th station, where we responded to Traffic Collision, a hit and run situation. Officer Fraser was driving and handling the radio, he did overall great with the response as we were responding code-3 due to the fact that there were reported injuries. Upon arrival, two officers were helping the passanger of wreck out of the car, where we began setting up traffic control with cones. After the scene was secured, I let officer Fraser take care of the statment from the female driver, which he nailed it. He asked all the questions I would've asked and did overall great with the statment, he then checked the CCTV to check the driver who performed Hit and Run.
