Diet pills come in many different variations that contributes to certain tasks in the body. Diet pills alone can have a dangerous effect on the body let alone being knowledgeable in knowing what diet pills are best for your body is very important. People who are consuming or looking into consuming diet pills often forget to look further into the product due to desperation. Even natural ingredients can be harmful.”(Beil,Par5) A couple of ingredients that are mainly found in diet pills are Chromium, Guar Gum, Fenproporex and Bitter Orange. Chromium is a mineral that helps regulate insulin, which helps burn muscle and muscle fat, but it won't decrease your overall body fat. Guar Gum will sometimes help block your body from absorbing fats and increase your feeling of fullness, but it isn't proven to result in overall weight loss.
