Brown dwarfs are objects in space that sit between the lines of being a star and a planet. This object is dim and hard to distinguish from low mass stars at the early stages of the dwarf’s life. They are often called failed stars because they start their life the same way as regular stars. However, in some stage, they just didn’t have enough mass gathered to generate the fusion-powered energy of a star. Scientists are certain that brown dwarfs are the missing link between stars and planets but the formations of dwarfs are still a mystery.

Perseus, or “the hero,” has twenty-eight stars. The brightest, most recognizable ones are Mirfak and Algol. Mirfak is the brightest star of Perseus. It is a little bit brighter than Polaris, the North Star. Algol is the most famous star. In the constellation, Algol is the eye of Medusa, translating to “demon star.” People used to think that Algol was cursed due to its constant change in brightness, but we know today that sometimes another star overlaps Algol, causing its magnitude to appear to change. Crius: Titan God of Constellations The most well known Greek god would be Zeus (leader of the Olympian gods), but which Greek god would be the least well known? Unbeknownst to many people would be the Greek god Crius. He presides over the management of every single constellation and stars in the universe.

Scientists are saying the sun’s older twin is found in the middle of Capricorn. Studying this star will help them see how the Earth’s sun will develop.

The Orion Nebula is one of the closest stellar regions to the Earth. Using parallax measurements, it has been estimated that this nebula is only 1,500 light years away. In addition, the Orion Nebula is a relatively young star cluster, with an approximate age of less than one million years. It has even been speculated that some of the younger stars within the cluster are only 300,000 years old.

Many people know about the major deities, such as Zeus, Aphrodite, and Hades. However, some people may not know about Daedalus. Daedalus is not necessarily a god, but he is related to them. It is said that he is a descendant of the first King of Athens and is “directly related to the gods, specifically Poseidon and Athena” ("Daedalus and Icarus - Constructors of Flying Machines?"). It is uncertain who the parents of Daedalus are, but some say that his father is Metion, the son of Erechtheus. His mother is believed to be one of three: Alcippe, Merope, or Iphinoe.
Poseidon is a god with a lot of names he is most famous as the god of the sea, he controls the waves, the tsunamis, he cares for the plants and animals under the water he is Poseidon king of all waters. Poseidon had quite a bit of affairs. One affair involved his sister Demeter. He thought she was absolutely beautiful and desired her deeply. To avoid his constant sexual desires, Demeter turned herself into a mare, an act that only made Poseidon’s desire higher than ever. He turned himself into a stallion and raped her. This affair created a horse named Arion.

The Andromeda Galaxy being 220,000 light years across is the biggest of its local galaxy group which includes the Milky Way Galaxy, Triangulum Galaxy, and about 44 smaller galaxies. The Andromeda Galaxy contains about (1 trillion*10to the 12th power) stars, which is more then double the estimated 200- 400 billion stars located in our own Milky Way Galaxy. Along with this the Andromeda Galaxy has a brightness magnitude of 3.4 making it one of the brightest of all the Messier Object group.
In astronomy, Orion is the brightest one of the constellations. It stretches across the celestial equator—the projection of the Earth's equator into the sky—and can therefore be observed from almost any part of the world. At a 10:00-PM observation of the sky in the middle latitudes, Orion first appears in the east in October, reaches its greatest height in mid-January, and drops below the western horizon in late March. Moreover, Orion is among the most spectacular constellations, with many bright stars and scores of fascinating stellar objects. It can be quickly distinguished by four bright stars arranged in a sloppy rectangle around three stars set in a line—the famous “belt” of Orion.
