These ‘Backwall Design Guidelines’ is for shelves designed for perfumery of the SENSAI brand. Unlike ‘Counter Design Guidelines’, these shelves are for stores the products are displayed on the shelves.
There are two typical designs by the space given.
1. Basic type: Narrow type (width: from 600 to 2000 mm)
2. Wide type: Wide type (width: from 1800 to 2700 mm)
Each of these types will further be divided into three different types of specs by the condition, then will compose of a total of six types.
Spec-A: The most recommended backwall consists of the illuminated Kanebo International signage, graphic area (light box), the illuminated SENSAI signage and shelves with lighting.
Spec-B: In case graphics cannot be installed, and this shelf consists of the non-illuminated Kanebo International signage, the non-illuminated SENSAI signage and shelves with lighting.
Option: Although strongly not recommended, the backwall with no electrical power is provided.
Apply this ‘Guideline’ when a partial modification is possible such as; shelf board, light box and signage.

How to use this ‘Guidelines’
1. Select either the basic type or wide type.
Check the width of the provided space.
When the width is 2000 mm or narrower, the basic type is appropriate and when it is 2000 mm or wider, the wide type is appropriate. When the width is from 1800 mm to 2000 mm, you can select either of the types according to the site condition. The reference shelves are 1800 mm high, 2100 mm high and 2300 mm high. Select a shelf the most appropriate to the site environment and adjust the shelf to fit to the site.
2. Select either spec-A or spec-B. The recommended type is always spec-A.
