Teriyaki Halibut with Asparagus with Spicy Sauce

Makes 4 servings

You Will Need:
• 4 Alaskan halibut fillets, 8 oz each
• 24 asparagus spears, trimmed
• 4 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
• 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, no sugar added
• 2 Tbsp chopped scallions
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

For the Sauce:
• 2 eggs
• 4 tsp minced garlic
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

How to Prepare:
1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Set the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and set aside.
2. Combine the almond flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
3. Coat the fish fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, gently pressing the oil deeply into the fish. Coat the fish with the Parmesan mixture, pressing the cheese to adhere well to the fish.
4. Place the fillets in the prepared baking dish, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, place a nonstick skillet over medium high flame and heat the remaining olive oil. Saute the spinach until wilted, then season with garlic powder.
6. Cover the skillet and reduce to medium low flame. Cook for 3 minutes.
