I will pursue a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Completion of these studies at Empire State College will allow me to achieve my personal and professional goals without compromising my life’s responsibilities.
The goals that I have planned for myself are quite common. The main goal is to achieve the self-confidence and self-satisfaction derived from becoming an educated individual with increased knowledge and abilities. Educationally, I wish to build upon my past experiences and capabilities. Professionally, I hope to work in my current career and obtain additional skills related to accounting.
The ultimate purpose for my return to college is to gain more knowledge and skill for the employment I hope to obtain in the business world. I am desirous of becoming an entrepreneur as well. This degree will allow me to fully realize the potential I now already possess.
My educational goal is to fully satisfy the course requirement for the Bachelor’s Science Degree in Business Management and Economics. Although I am not currently working in the field that I desire, I find that working as an Administrative Assistant enhances my career choices and allows me the ability to work toward advancing to the next level. Education is a life-long task and journey, but I realize now that the road ahead is upon me.
My specific goal is to become a tax collector or entrepreneur in Business and Retail. My desire is to continue at Empire State and complete the Business Degree with a concentration in Accounting in order to fully achieve objectives that I wish to accomplish.

Finally, I will hopefully succeed in Business Ethics and Literature, learning how to permeate corporate philosophy and environmental concerns. I will advance in management behavior skills, and learn how to examine ethics through an in-depth study of a number of pertinent social issues related to the conduct of business in modern society.
I plan to implement QuickBooks as an additional support to maximize my accounting skills during my studies at Empire State College.
The educational plan was a guideline in helping me prepare my course of study. It has also given me some incentive to be more determined in all my academic learning throughout the college term the place where I have chosen to receive my Bachelor’s degree of Science.
Majored in accounting during my undergraduate at Michigan State University, I am determined to be an audit professional at a public accounting firm in Toronto upon graduation from MMPA program. To better qualify myself and equip myself with advanced accounting knowledge, I am dedicated to obtaining the CPA designation as well. In the next three to five years, I see myself being promoted from an associate to a manager who will lead a team and direct a project. Working as a manager in a public accounting firm will definitely sharpen my leadership ability and problem-solving skills, which are prerequisites for my long-term career objective. Ten years down the road, I want to work in the finance department of a public company as CFO or controller,
Most of us write in some form every day, so you would expect that most of us would be well practiced and pretty good at writing. I read and write all the time; I have been taken several college courses and nearly all of them require write of some form. However, before taking this class not only was I not a good writer, I knew I wasn’t a good writer. Now I am not saying that I am ready to write my first novel, but I certainly more confident in turning in my college papers. The content of this course and the style of teaching was incredibly beneficial to me. Throughout this course we had multiple assignments that were aimed to improve us as writers. I am sure that everyone took something different from this course, and I am sure that each student took more from some areas than others; however for me there were three major things that I saw that I benefited from most. Our weekly craft lessons, grammar plan, but most of all, observational learning.
I'll be heading back to school in August, and will graduate in December with a Bachelor's in Finance and a minor in Management. I've attached my updated resume,

In conclusion, my dream is to become successful in college and benefit from college skills that will help me reach my future goals. However, I may have to be prepared for the obstacles that I might encounter, and learn to overcome them. Much of my success will depend upon my willingness to seek advice from experts and professors. In addition, I will have to learn how to build effective strategies that will help me achieve my dream of becoming successful students
My goals in college are to get involved with student government, play lacrosse graduate in the top of my class all my life of being in school I was always active not just a regular student. Whether it was SGA or sports or volunteer work I was a part of it; all years of school levels I have graduated with honors and I do not want to see anything different now while I am in college. As we all know college is not a walk in the park and I am well aware of that. I have to really be on my game to accomplish my goal of graduating with honors. I am already on the way of my goal, I have already completed 3 business courses and am now on the process of taking one now. I have taken business law, introduction of business, and industrial business; I did not take them at Towson however they still transferred over as business courses.
There are very few things in life that are definitive, but I considered a legal profession to be ideal for me. Unfortunately, I had to restructure my objective and locate an occupation that would be gratifying to me for the next 40 years. After pondering, I determined that my strengths were the following: using statistics to assist growth, working efficiently to meet deadlines/goals, solving issues based on logic, maintaining a strong organizational trait to uphold standards, participating in team assignments, and conquering challenging tasks. Although none of my strengths were surprising, I discovered that I underestimated the importance of being in a position that would be challenging, yet, allow me to be innovative while retaining a role that would be vital to a company. After years of contemplating, I chose to seek a master degree in business administration. Initially, I planned to attend Bethel University, and then continue at Union University, but my plans were disrupted due to an unexpected personal matter. Consequently, I couldn’t start at Union, but I did complete 2 courses at Bethel. Once I was able to continue, Union’s schedule conflicted with mine, so, naturally, I decided to complete my degree at Bethel because I was familiar with the school’s credentials and enjoyed the flexibility of the program. Although I earned an “A” in Managerial Accounting and Economics at Bethel University, there are other reasons that qualify me as a great candidate for the MBA program.
I’m a student at Tompkins Cortland Community College this is my first semester as a college student. I plan to go to college for four years and only be at TC3 for this one semester, then transfer to a four year school. College has grown around the world more than ever and more people are attending college more than ever. I have chosen to go to college because of the rewards after graduation. Yes it is another four years of school but by getting more education and an extended degree gives me more opportunities for better jobs and more money. The career I have chosen to study is business administration. I am hoping that it takes me to a great job managing a company or possibly being an accountant.
Granted sometimes things enter our path that delay us, but in order to successfully complete our goals, we must never lose sight of them. I wish to follow and pursue my dreams of becoming a dental hygienist. Being able to further my education at New York University, will further provide fulfillment, both personal and professional. ...any of my business peers and joined business groups while at the community college. After taking the first two business courses, I knew this was the path I wanted to take and will succeed in this major. I am still taking and planning to finish the requirement courses that I need before transferring. I have taken Financial Business, which teaches financial accounting, forms of organizations, accounting information systems, and application of general accounting principle. I also have taken Managerial Accounting which examines how managers use accounting information in decision-making, planning, directing, operating, and controlling. I am planning to complete the business law course this spring before transferring, which covers legal setting and how businesses function with emphasis on legal reasoning and resolution, contracts, agency, partnerships and corporations.
Educational Goals: Education is extremely important part of my past, present, and future goals. I currently hold an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design Media. I have found that an A.A.S Degree does not go as far al I originally intended in the Rochester, MN area and furthering my education will be a necessity for my future career goals. Over the past 2 years I have been working on my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Minnesota School of Business Rochester campus. I am currently a senior with 3 quarters left before a spring graduation. After a June graduation, I plan on taking a summer quarter break. After summer break I will either continue on at MSB for my Masters in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing or transferring the University of Minnesota for my Masters in Adult Education. After my Masters Degree is complete I will decide at that time if I wish to continue on and achieve my Ph.D.
I became interested in accounting when I entered university and took the module of Basic Accounting. My major in Jinan University is business administration, which does not have much courses related to accounting or finance. To confirm that I am really interested in studying accounting and have the ability to
My first goal is to continue my education by earning a Master’s degree in Accounting right after completing my bachelor’s degree. The MSU’s Accounting program attracts me for both its reputation and its career opportunities available for international students. It is my responsibility as a future accountant to be really familiar and proficient at the tools accountants use regularly. Achieving my master’s degree will also help me achieving my second goal of becoming a CPA by meeting the requirement of curriculum. Thus, I am professionally and academically motivated to earn a Master’s degree of Accounting at the Broad Business College.
By attending New York University, since it has one of the finest business programs, I believe I will become even more successful, both academically and socially. I have enthusiasm and ambition, plus having good leadership skills, being a hard worker, and having great social networking skills. After going through a childhood with a rheumatoid arthritis father, and coming to a foreign country where I had knew very little of its language, I would and strive for and participate in any learning opportunities. I know that I am ready for the upcoming challenges and tasks. I strongly believe that no matter what kind of ordeals people will face, as long as they have the heart and will to do it right, they will succeed.
Since returning to school, my educational path has been shaped by my academic and work experience. I was fortunate enough to obtain both concurrently which provided me with a so...
