Part I: Defining My Audience
My reader will need to know what is being proposed and how this idea will benefit their company. Sunny Acres will be shown how the addition of a paintball arena will increase their client base therefore increasing profit. My reader will need to know what type of space is required, what the rules of the game are and what if any additional insurance will be required. My reader has some idea of how paintball works. I want to make sure Sunny Acres has a clear understanding of how the game is played so I will be informing them of the rules in great detail. This information will be an attachment to my document so the reader doesn’t have to read it in full if they decide not to. I’ll also let the reader know what equipment is needed for the game itself, and what equipment we will be renting out and all services we will provide for our gamers. Sonny Acres will need to know how much time a game takes, and how many people will be able to participate in the game at any given time. How many participants at a given time will make it possible to calculate the income this game will bring in? I’ll also need to make Sunny acres aware that we will need room to store our equipment and merchandise. Sonny Acers will also need to know how were planning to pay them. We will lease this area from them; in addition we will be giving them a percentage of our profits. I think one of the main points to stress to my reader is how our paintball clients will want to purchase sonny acres services. For example paintball clients can work up quite an appetite; Sunny Acres has plenty of food and beverage options that will increase in sale due to the arena being part of their park. Also I would anticipate from time to ...

...eed to determine exactly how much space will be needed, on the ground and above head for the netting making sure there space free of power lines or anything else that my disrupt the netting. I will have to determine where to have the entrance and where equipment can be kept. I will have to check with the city to make sure this business type is within what is allowable in this town, making sure no laws are being broken.
With this proposal I need to ensure the reader that this is a safe venture. By posting the proper safety rules and requiring waivers to be used with all paintball clients. This area needs to be taken seriously and addresses thoroughly. I will need contact the insurance company and find out what information needs to be passes onto the public to insure that both companies are covered in the event that any issues arise.
There are elements that should be considered in having a winning business proposal. These elements include Solutions, Benefits, Credibility & Samples and Targeted. Solution includes stating the needs and problems that could or would occur then one would give solutions that one could be implemented. Benefits would include an outlined plan as to what benefits to be gained in doing business with this particular halfway house. Credibility and Sample is having a familiarity with clients in the area or having had a previous experience that can give a third-party endorsement that will give one the credibility.
There will be an estimated $40,000 in equipment, including industrial freezers and ice cream making machines, as well as a service counter for the customers to observe and test their flavors (Bush Refrigeration; Appliances Heaven). An additional $10,000 is set aside for coffee makers and blenders to provide the ability to make quality coffee and other warmed beverages for the customers to enjoy. This eats up approximately half of our starting sum, but it is also the most expensive portion of the process. Renting a smaller building is the most realistic way for this type of starter business to test the waters and see if it has the potential to grow. It is pointless to spend a large sum of money on a building in the beginning stages if you don’t even know how successful your business will be. $2,000 per month will be set aside to cover rental costs and should sufficiently cover the size of the building and utility bills we incur. In order to bring the building up to shape and remodel it, we are setting aside $15,000 along with an additional $8,000 for furnishings and exterior landscaping and design (Seating Experts). Labor for four employees over the course of a month working at $10 dollars per hour places labor costs at approximately $6,400. The initial purchase of materials will be another huge purchase for Hot Snowballs. The ingredients for ice cream must be bought separately and then assembled on site. The coffee beans and other materials can be ordered and then prepared as is on site. This cost is estimated at $5,000 to gather all the initial ingredients and materials. Hot Snowballs marketing campaign will launch with two billboards and a social media sponsored ad and will have an initial budget of $8,000. This leaves us with a $5,600 cushion to use wherever necessary or to cover legal fees
o Pay $200,000 up front for development fees and franchise fees for the first five stores
In addition to the required financial asset needed for a startup business, Beyond The Fairway Golf Store have acquired the physical assets necessary to turn my business plan into a reality. The physical location for the store will be located in Enterprise, Alabama and is a family owned building with an estimated 1,800 to 2,000 square feet of interior space with adjacent warehouse for inventory storage valued at $1.5 million dollars. The company has on hand an inventory of major brand golf equipment valued at approximately $150,000 that will be displayed throughout the store. The store will host a full service repair and custom-fitting shop, which can accommodate up 6 customers at a time.

Finding good help is hard these days, which is why Bowen will need to have Pierce help her out to get her on her feet. This job can not do a complete turnaround over night. Lots and lots of time and effort will need to be planned out accordingly. Ideas for ways the association can run can be researched by looking at other surrounding areas with the same types of communities. See what they are doing that is working or not working. Referring to another business that is of your same nature can save you a lot of future headaches.
All of the corporate must have' objectives can be met by this project. It is unlikely to violate any legal, safety, or environmental guidelines. Aimed at a youth audience, it is probable that it would receive a PG or lower advisory rating.

Outdoor Adventure Paintball Park is experiencing a variety of problems related to its management. The primary issue with the company is that it was designed without a critical consideration for growth and this has led to internal issues such as lack of direction and inappropriate staffing. The following management plan provides a blueprint for directing the company and better utilizing its resources.

If I were to start my own business, my dream would be to build a surf and skate shop on the Southern California coast. My business would be located on beachfront property in the surrounding area. This business plan will cover two main subjects, 1: an Analysis of the Business Situation, and 2: the Planned Operation of the proposed business. The first topic will cover the subtopics Trading Area Analysis and Competition in the area for my business. The second main topic will cover the proposed organization of the business, the proposed business, and proposed strategies for that business. The analysis of the business situation will cover geographic and demographic information for Huntington and the surrounding area. It will also contain an analysis of businesses in the area which are of similar type, customer buying behavior relating to my proposed business, and the potential location of my business. The Proposed Operation section will address the topics of ownership, start-up procedure, personnel needs, special functions, and an organizational chart. Details of products which will be sold will also be included, as will my business' pricing policy. I would hope that through my thorough planning and explanation that my business idea will be a grand success on the beautiful beaches of California.
The next step is to have the land surveyed. When the land is surveyed you will find out where the property lines are located and also get the footer laid out and ready to dig. After the footing is prepared and poured full of concrete, the next step is to lay the foundation. Materials used are usually brick or block. The foundation has to meet certain codes which are set by the county. The inspector will have to inspect the foundation before the building process can proceed. After the foundation has passed inspection, the next step for the house is to frame.
