Introduction
The organization I have chosen is the YWCA. This will provide a short description of the YWCA’s products or services. This paper will cover how they motivate their employees and describe the methods they utilize to do so. The current state of the organization’s workforce dynamic and its growth. I will analyze some of the workforce trends that this organization needs to address and similar organizations that can be used as a benchmark, along with their growth.

SDC product and services are training and professional development, publications and training resources, and business services. All programs and services are open YWCA encourages businesses, organization and community involvement. This can be achieved thru sponsor a participant, mentoring, volunteering or purchasing a product or service. (Eliminating racism, Empowering Women YWCA)
Other services are domestic violence, women health, early childcare, financial literacy, and young women scholarships.
The YWCA has a program named “Leaders in the Workplace Program’. (Recognize Your Leaders). This program teaches other companies/organization the methodology used at the YWCA to motivates, recognize, and cultivate their employees.
