4/19/18 The Effects of Bipolar From my experience with having Bipolar, it is tough. With the mood swings to the sudden blow ups. The reason for those reactions is because of the chemical imbalance in our brains. Normal people that don’t have that problem could figure things out more easily. Cope better with their anger, anxiety, depression, and whatever else they have. But people who have Bipolar, it’s harder to cope with whatever they have. It makes in worse because of the mind tricking them into thinking about rash things, it makes them jump to conclusions without even thinking ‘what does that person mean by that?’ or ‘I must’ve miss understood what that person said.’ Instead they get defensive and begin an …show more content…

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t depends on the other person emotions and if they are messed up right now or later down the road. To be completely honest, ‘normal’ people take advantage of the ones who have bipolar. I’m not saying all people do it no, but most people do. The reason for that, well bipolar people can have a really good side (My god she/he is a sweetheart) and people take a chance and use their niceness against them. One minute they are smiling the next they just ask for something from that certain person and then blow them off like they don’t even exist. Our emotions get hurt easily, our minds try to trick us into believing what the negative thing that people say, we think it’s true and then we take our anger or sadness out on ourselves. Then people push themselves away and then we get even sadder and we end up doing things out of portion to either harming ourselves or harming other people in any sort of way. Now there is medicine for bipolar, for instance there is a bipolar medicine called Ceriquil it helps level out the chemicals in your brain, thus, it helps with your coping mechanisms, helps you think before
