There are many different reasons in why I should be chosen to be staff on Velt, in which I will list below. Active: I can contribute countless hours to the server and well over the needed time. I do this to show that I am a dedicated loyal staff member who loves the community of Velt, and how I love to contribute as much as I can. Like I said before, 2-5 hours on weekdays, and 8-10 on weekends, the schedule can vary but is mostly the same and rarely changes. Not only will I be active in game, but also on the forums replying to ban appeals, (If appropriate rank), suggestions, staff applications, etc.. Like I said before, I know when it's the appropriate time to use this so I am following my code of conduct in any standard procedure. I also know how to SS, here's a quick outline of the standard procedure. First, freeze the player and ask them if they'd like to admit. If they do not admit ask them to join the TS. Upon them arriving move them an available SS room and begin the procedure. Ask them to open a join.me and send you the meeting link. Once you are in the meeting, check all the essentials, use the tool "Everything" tell them to type in words like "vape", "gc", "spooky", etc.. As well as look at F3, .minecraft, resourcepacks, all that. Look for fishy file sizes, names, and dates modified. Along with the SS use any SS'ing tool provided to you and use that to the best of your ability to help "dig deeper" into the SS. After the player has been thoroughly checked, unfreeze them and send them on their way clean. Of course the procedure may be different for Velt, so I can adjust to the way it's done and learn how the SS'ing is done on Velt. I get a few jokes here and there to lighten up the seriousness, but when the time matters most (As it always should) I am serious and do my job to the best of my ability. Being staff on Velt, or any server in general is not a joke. It's a task and responsibility that should be taken to upmost respect and seriousness. I'm never usually messing around, as I do understand the responsibility I have or would have on Velt. I get it's MC and all and "Oh congrats your staff!" but, it's totally different for me, and I think it should be taken seriously. I understand it isn’t easy & that simple, but if I just concentrate & think about every step I do then it shouldn’t be that hard of a job. I am dedicated, yes I am. When I get on, I stay on. I don’t just leave in the first 10 minutes. I work hard, sweat hard then take a break. Then go back to work, & the flow goes.
I do not often impose higher standards on others than I do on me, but there are at times where I occasionally do. To fix this, I will make sure to either split up the task or guide them throughout the process. This way, everyone works as one and everyone has an equal amount of level of work.

There are people out there in the workforce that believe they are obligated to do their best at their job simply because that is what is expected from all of us as humans. On the other hand, there are those out there that want to only do as much as they can get away with doing. No matter which one of these employees you are or are working with companies and employer's need to understand the concept of motivation.

Previous Staff Experience?: My past staff experience is some what low i have been staff on server that were big at one moment but as they were dying down they accepted me. I was staff on a server call Plusepvp. I was staff when the server had around 150-50 people on it each day. But later found that the staff were no good and I no longer wanted to be a part of it. I was staff on that server for about 1 month. Other than this My staff Experience is low, but I'm hoping this will give me a better experience for the near future.

When I am hardworking people notice that I am trying my best, so they take that into consideration. Hard worker will always be in your favor, it can help you getting a promotion or being praised for everything you do. I believe that this will make me a good criminal justice employee.
I can help the mods by running the chat so they don't have to run chat and look for hackers because sometime for some staff members that could be quite a challenge even for the great staff. I can also help with Screen Shareing and helping the players in the community that don't know the rules get a better idea of the rules or even if they have a question I could message them and ask them politely what is there question and if I can't help them I would contact another staff via TeamSpeak or in game. To sum most of this up I just really want to help the community on one of my favorite servers.

The assignments were clearly explained and easy to do and help provided when I misunderstood something or needed additional assistance. Making a transfer from training to a temporary worker and finally to an established position was a smooth process. 2. Limited frustrations The staff always kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well on the job site. They would suggest easier ways I could complete the job, or food that I could eat to make me feel better, and even gave me advice on yoga and meditation exercises.

I Want to become staff because i want to like make the sever better and like SS people and i love The Minebo Network i want to make it back up to More players in 4.0 then right now. I am Very good at Finding Hacked client, xray and more stuff that effect the server. I really want staff to move people quickly in Waiting rooms because they really need help . When I think of becoming a teacher I would like to imagine or hope that I would be “turning the key” for a student of mine to become something great. I have been soul searching for many years now to have a better understanding of what I am suppose to do in my life. I have worked in so many jobs in so many areas but nothing was fulfilling my life with any amount of meaning. I found myself not wanting to go back the next day or wishing I were somewhere else. Well I guess everyone does that is what I would tell myself.
